Page for managing your businesses
This gathers every business you work with in BizFin. One user can have several businesses — each with its own accounts, transactions and team members.
In plain terms:
Think of this page as a shelf with separate folders. Each business is its own folder with its own people, accounts, files and settings.
The list shows what matters most:
- the business name and base currency,
- the number of team members and accounts,
- file storage usage,
- the creation date and current status.
Deactivation vs deletion:
Deactivation temporarily removes the business from lists — its history is kept and you can reactivate it anytime. Deletion is final: all accounts, transaction records and activity history will be erased with no way to recover them. To confirm, you must enter the business name.
