What is statement import?
Instead of typing in every bank operation by hand, you upload a statement from the bank — and the operations from it get into your list automatically. It is the fastest way to fill BizFin with real data.
In plain words:
The bank already knows all your expenses and income — you add a statement, and they get sorted into categories and linked to your account. Manual entry is minimal, just check and confirm.
Three ways to get the data:
- CSV/XLS/XLSX file — the universal way. You export a statement at Monobank, PrivatBank or UkrGasBank and upload it here. Works one-off for any bank.
- Monobank API — for continuous use. Connect a token once — then operations are pulled automatically without files.
- PrivatBank API — the same for PrivatBank business accounts (sole traders and companies). The “Autoclient” service token is created in Privat24 for Business.
Tip:
Always review the preview list before importing — it is the only chance to fix a category or mark a transfer between your own accounts. A mistaken import can be undone from the “Activity log” page (the “Import history” tab), but it is better to avoid it.
